Field Engineer – INFONET Comm Enterprises Roles & Responsibilities (Junior & Senior)
Install fiber broadband, routers, ONU/ONT at customer locations.
Configure WiFi routers & ensure proper signal levels.
Attend to customer complaints (low speed, no connectivity, device issues).
Perform fiber splicing, jointing & last-mile rectification.
Coordinate with NOC for backend issues & outages.
Provide clear communication and support to customers.
Follow safety standards and ensure quality installation.
Skills Required
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/WiFi).
Fiber optics knowledge (added advantage).
Strong troubleshooting & customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Eligibility
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
Fresher or Experienced can apply.
Two-wheeler + valid driving license (mandatory).
Willing to travel for field visits.
